Got mine in 1991 in Japan. It's set at 100v. I'm not sure who out it together. I can't remember if I had ever asked the gentleman whom sold it to me. These days I'm afraid to power it up. Looking for another PV-3 owner. Mine was built in Japan and runs on 100v. Tubes are original I believe. Got this unit in 1991.
