No reply CJ Service Dept lately am I the only one?

Hi all,

I've tried contacting the CJ service dept by email 3x in the past month (no responses) and this morning followed up with a phone call to which I got their machine and no call back after leaving a message with them.

Anybody else have trouble reaching CJ?

Hi all,

I just got a response so it seems like calling is the best way to reach CJ if you find yourself in the same position as me.
