PV-10B: What Alps Volume Potentiometer?

Post by tvr2500m »

I'm considering replacing the volume potentiometer in a PV-10B. Can anyone please confirm exactly which Alps potentiometer C-J used in the PV-10B? Looks like the exact same potentiometer used in my CAV-50.

It's an Alps RK27. Blue body. Six pins (no loudness contour or center tap). Log taper. 50K stereo. On the back, 616N 50KDKX2.

Round slotted shaft (likely, yes)? 20mm or 25mm shaft length?

Thanks.

That is it but note the new ones have shorter pins. I had to cut and solder the old pins to extend them.
