I admit they "look cool." But otherwise, this would be a very low priority on my "experimentation list."

I see Audioquest is selling $180 duplex outlets.

So. Get two $180 duplex outlets, cover them with $150 carbon fiber plates, and for a mere $660 you’re ready to install a couple of $3000 power conditioners. And don’t forget the $2000 power cords.

You can’t make this stuff up.

Do you need to put the carbon fiber over the outlets on the power conditioner if you’ve already got them on the duplex feeding it?
