Did the PFR ever come with a phono stage? If so, can anyone find a pic of the inside showing this? I can't.
Also, the input for AUX1/Phono...that's simply a line level input right? Then, why the "phono" designation?

No phono stage. It's just line level input on the labeled "AUX1/Phono" selector.
