I mentioned in other posts that DAW had identified seven demo disks to show off the Master Chronosonics.
One was Sonos Sings.
I thought I’d posted about it when I first acquired it, but I can’t find the post. Maybe I dreamt it.
In any event, my impression of it was that it was nice, but I wasn’t clear about the fuss. It seemed like many other vocal albums from obscure choral groups.
Today I noticed it on the shelf and decided to spin it.
Wow! I get it now.
The assorted cable, cord, and wire tweaks of the last few months have taken this system far beyond the “special “ category.
This is another disk that makes me realize how much of a difference the wires make.
The presence and detail in this recording are incredible now. The only changes in the system are the wire based changes.
I can’t guarantee that my wire changes would do the same for another system … but I can’t overemphasize the improvements that these changes have made here - on disk after disk.

Sonos Sings - another DAW recommended disk
It’s just stuff. I like mine. I hope you like yours. I probably like yours too.
