If you signed up for CJO just to download manuals/schematics, that is of course ok. This is a compilation of available Conrad Johnson (and McCormack) product Schematics. If you have other schematics available please email them to me at "admin@conradjohnsonowners.com" and I will update the archive.

Download Instructions: Download the "CJO Schematic Download Instructions.txt" file below and follow the instructions in the text of the file. All the schematics are put into a simple "zip" compressed file. Microsoft Windows should be able to open the file without having to download any programs. If you want to use a 3rd party program to decompress zip files you can download PeaZip which is free at this link.

Currently we only have the schematic for the MV55 and not the user manual. Basically, if it's in the list I have it, if not, then we're still looking to find a copy to add to the database.

The schematic for the PV 2 is not correct, it only shows 4 tubes, it has 6, not even close.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll take a look at it this weekend. All of these schematics have been donated or pulled from other sources so errors may have been introduced or perhaps misfiled.

I agree the schematics seem to show only 4 tubes. Unfortunately, there are no clear markings on the schematic as to what unit it belongs to so I don't know whether it's completely wrong or perhaps it is just incomplete (there are two distinct circuits on that sheet). I'm not sure if anybody has the knowledge to just look at the schematic and tell what unit it is? I'll leave it in there for the moment but with a warning about it's inaccuracy.

That schematic is for a PV3 a taken from the Conrad Johnson site. It shows the same for the PV2 ( I believe it is an error on their site. ) The closest one on the CJ site is the schematic for the PV6.???

Anyone got a schematic for a MF 2250? I looked through the list; I don't think I missed it.

Playing last night, one of the speaker spade lugs twisted around and shorted the R speaker terminals while I was out of the room. It wasn't playing too loud, but no sound. I haven't looked at it today or tried it again. Both fuses on the back are OK -- are more inside? Very, very little sound was coming out of the R speaker -- not silent but just a little. Swapped in another old NAD amp and all works good, so it's definitely the amp. I hope there's something simple inside, but I fear an output transistor is fried. No smell, at least!
